Nutty coffee and caramel cake with meringue

This cake has a lot of everything, and it's not that standard mousse cake. There is little mousse here, but more textures and awesome flavors.

Created for my husband's 40th birthday and my son's 15th birthday! A very personal cake with a special request .

This cake is both sweet and crunchy, with hints of caramel and coffee.

For a long time, I dreamed of making a mousse cake with crunchy meringue - it turned out to be a truly fabulous combination.
